Check out the articles in the Botany Basics drop-down menu to shore up your basic knowledge of plants and how they behave. Plants are such an important part of our world, especially food plants, so I think children should receive a solid grounding in this subject as part of a good general education. But many of us received an education that was a bit lacking in this area, so I’m creating the Botany Basics section of this site as a way get yourself quickly up to speed.
